Refund Policy

 We accept refunds and exchanges.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

You will need to email us at hello@chromaticpie.com with sufficient evidence of the reason for the refund or exchange. Exchanges can only be approved if we have stock of the exact goods available, in which case you will be offered a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed. A credit will then automatically be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping 
Please return your goods to: 98 Ford Rd, Napier 4110, New Zealand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
